At 220lb I managed to make it everywhere within the cave system that our guide took us. Yes some of the squeezes were tight, but I made it through. We were on the short tour (2 hours in cave) and there were 2 optional squeezes. The rest of the cave was not difficult to get through as the passages are larger.

Great question. There are toilets at the office so make sure you go there. There's then two areas on the hike where you can go - it it outdoors and there's no toilet so girls, take toilet paper! In the cave there's nowhere to go, unless you're a guy, then there's a bottle you can use. My recommendation is don't drink anything before you go. My bladder is tiny and I always need to pee and I manged fine, even when I drank water on the way up to the cave

Thank you for your question! We have three different tour options, all with different age limitations. The Adventure Tour has a minimum age of 12, the Explorer Tour minimum age is 10, and the Discovery Hike (because it is a hike and does not go beyond the entrance of the cave) is open to all ages. Please visit our website or give us a call if you'd like more information about our tours.
