Are you asking about the gardens or the water lily pond? When I was there in mid-May this year, the gardens were blooming, but there was not much blooming in the water lily pond. I believe the gardens are planted to produce flowers no matter what month you visit, from April through October. Check the Claude Monet Fondation website for the list of flowers to bloom each month. As for the water lily pond, when I visited previously in August, there were many more water lilies in bloom, but still not as many as I would like to see. When I visited in early October, only a few water lilies blooming. Best to go in June and July for the water lilies.

I am visiting Monet's Garden soon, and want to know if the paths are gravelled? I am thinking of taking my rollator, and it is very difficult to push it on gravel, as it has small wheels. Are there many seats there? If I don't use my rollator, I will need to find plenty of seats in the garden. Are there any wheelchairs available there to borrow for the visit?

There isn't a specific day ticket advertised for this route, but regular train tickets allow for round trip travel on the same day. Tickets start at around €8 (US$9) and the journey takes about 1 hour each way. You can purchase tickets online through SNCF Connect, the national railway company of France. Be sure to book your tickets for the Monet's Gardens in advance, especially during peak season. Tickets can be purchased online on the Giverny website. The train station in Vernon-Giverny is located about 3.5 kilometers from the gardens.
