After he complained about what happened during last week’s title match, Trick Williams on Tuesday said he would defend the title at New Year’s Evil on January 7 in Los Angeles against both Thorpe and Oba Femi, who won the Iron Survivor gauntlet match at Deadline earlier this month. The show ended with the three brawling, with Femi standing tall.

Giulia won the gold at WWE NXT New Year’s Evil. At WWE NXT New Year’s Evil, Giulia challenged Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women’s Championship. She earned a title shot by winning the Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge match at NXT Deadline.
