New Orleans attack suspect Shamsud-Din Jabbar shot a chilling video while bicycling along the streets where he was plotting his murder spree. He shot the video from a bicycle using Meta glasses which are equipped with tiny cameras.

Chilling first-person video shows ISIS terrorist Shamsud-Din Jabbar’s view of New Orleans during a scouting trip ahead of his New Year’s Day attack on Bourbon Street. The FBI released footage Sunday that Jabbar recorded with Meta smart classes during a trip to the French Quarter.

On October 31, Shamsud-Din Jabbar recorded video with the glasses as he cycled through the French Quarter and plotted the attack, said Lyonel Myrthil, FBI special agent in charge of the New Orleans field office. Jabbar also wore the glasses, which are capable of livestreaming, during the attack, but did not activate them.
