Virat Kohli struggled to make a mark in the second innings of the Chennai Test, as he failed to notice an edge off his bat after being dismissed lbw.

At the end of day three, India was 81/3, with Shubman Gill (33*) and Rishabh Pant (12*) unbeaten, having lost their top order consisting of Rohit (5), Jaiswal (10) and Virat (17) early. India leads by 308 runs.

Star Indian batter Virat Kohli's slump persisted in the first Test against Bangladesh in Chennai, scoring only 6 and 17 in the two innings. India's top-order struggled, but remarkable partnerships helped them to a strong lead on day three.

In the second innings, Kohli seemed good but spinner Mehidy Hasan Miraz came out and took his wicket on the score of 17 runs off 37 balls with two fours.
