Donald Trump will outline a series of incentives on Tuesday to encourage foreign companies to relocate to the United States if he wins the Nov. 5 election, including an offer of federal land, according to a source familiar with his planned remarks.

Trump teased the plan earlier this month when he proposed a cut to the corporate tax rate from 21 percent to 15 percent, but only for companies that produce in the US.

The Republican presidential and vice presidential nominees are scheduled to come to Georgia this week in separate visits.
