A 45-year-old Charlestown man has been arrested in connection with a deadly shooting over the weekend at a 7-Eleven parking lot in the Boston neighborhood. Boston police announced Monday morning that David Menezes was arrested Sunday night in Roxbury and will face a murder charge.

According to a press release issued by the Boston Police Department, on January 5, 2025, at about 10:41 PM, members of the Boston Police Homicide Unit, assisted by District D-4 Officers and Special Operations, arrested 45-year-old David Menezes, of Charlestown, in Roxbury.
