Ohio likely saw its last tornado of the year on Sunday. An EF0 tornado touched down just west of Marysville around 3 p.m., the National Weather Service confirmed. The tornado toppled a small silo, several small to medium-sized trees and caused minor damage to a barn.

UNION COUNTY, OHIO, Ohio — The National Weather Services confirmed that an EF0 tornado hit Union County during storms on Sunday afternoon. NSW says the tornado began on a property near Payne Road, just west of Marysville. Wind speeds peaked at 70 mph, the tornado traveled .35 miles and lasted for about one minute.

The National Weather Service issued a tornado warning at 7:37 p.m. on Sunday in effect until 8 p.m. for Forest County.

The NWS Greenville-Spartanburg SC issued an updated tornado warning at 9:44 a.m. on Sunday. The warning is for Cabarrus, Iredell, Mecklenburg and Rowan counties.
