Twenty-eight high school football teams across seven classifications in Minnesota will play at U.S. Bank Stadium Thursday, Friday and Saturday in the state semifinals for a chance to advance to next week’s Prep Bowl — the culmination of the season when 14 teams square off for the state championship, from Class 6A to Nine-Player.

DIVISION 2 Rice Lake (10-2) vs. West De Pere (11-1), at Marshfield High School, 7 p.m. Each of these teams avenged regular season defeats in the section finals. Both play against Division-1 foes throughout the campaign.

The second round of the Alabama high school flag football playoffs is underway and scores from across the AHSAA are rolling in. The playoffs kicked off last week with the opening round. The second round will wrap up with a few games Wednesday and one Thursday.
